Lieksan Laatuherkut Oy Ltd offers high-quality special traditional food products for professional and institutional kitchens and the food industry.

We manufacture our products in our own factory which resides in a cultural landscape near the bank of the Lieksanjoki river, at the same location where a dairy plant has existed already over 100 years. Following this North Karelian heritage, we started our own production in 1994. Since then, our high-quality products have been included in festive menus all over Finland.

We focus our efforts on continuous product development, and we listen to our customers. We can tailor products according to your specific requirements, and, when necessary, manufacture products in small batches. We manufacture a range of products under our own brand as well as private label products for other wholesalers – always relying on the ingredients’ properties and avoiding additives.
